McCain Foods USA, a national supplier of frozen fruits and vegatables, is recalling all products produced at its Colton, CA facility which affects multiple retailers and manufacturers nationwide for potential Salmonella and Listeria contamination.
National retailers include WalMart, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Hy-Vee, Caito, Ruiz and 7-Eleven which quickly followed with up with recalls for their own brands.
Although no illnesses have been reported, consumers are urged not to consume any of the products associated with the recall.
