Posted: 12/12/2025

This holiday season, we're bringing you cocktail recipes from two of our instructors. Marie brings you a rich and creamy Crème Brûlée Martini and Rachel offers a Whiskey Smash (along with a non-alcoholic variation!). Cheers to a Happy Holiday Season from all of us!

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz RumChata (or half and half)
  • 1 oz caramel liqueur (ex: Bailey’s Salted Caramel or Godiva Caramel)
  • ½ oz crème brûlée–flavored liqueur (optional but amazing!)
  • splash butterscotch schnapps (optional)
  • caramel sauce for glass rim brown sugar or raw sugar for for rim
  • ice for shaking

Tools: martini glass, cocktail shaker, ounce measure, plates for glass garnish.

1. Rim the glass: dip the martini glass in caramel sauce, and then into the raw sugar to mimic the brûléed top.

2. Fill a shaker with ice

3. Add vanilla vodka, RumChata (or half and half), caramel liqueur, and and optional schnapps.

4. Shake hard for 10-12 seconds until shaker is frosty, strain into rimmed martini glass

5. Optional: finish with a torched sprinkle of sugar on top for real brûlée vibes.
