Job Description
We are seeking a Director Of Operations to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and improve operational practices
Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
Qualifications
Previous experience in operations or other related fields
Strong project management skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership qualities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s degree in food science, nutrition, or a related field
ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification and Instructor/Proctor
Minimum of five years of experience in hospitality or food safety management
Previous experience in oversight of Food Safety programs in multiple locations
Full understanding of USDA regulations, FDA regulations, and food safety standards
